1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in unused, unworn condition

  • Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging

  • Include the receipt or valid proof of purchase

If these conditions are not met, Velochi reserves the right to decline the return.

2. Return Authorization & Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable).

  2. You will receive step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your return.

  3. Items returned without an RMA or shipped to the wrong address will not be processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly request that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you encounter:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged shipment

4. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

To receive a replacement quickly, we recommend:

  1. Starting a return for the product you wish to exchange.

  2. Placing a new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification.

All returned goods must still meet standard eligibility requirements:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Including all tags and proof of purchase


7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial of the refund.
